Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND) privacy notice

As part of its role in relation to statutory assessment processes, and the ongoing monitoring of children and young people who have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), the Special Educational Need and/or Disability (SEND) Service is required to collect and process data about children, young people and their families. 

In accordance with the data protection laws, we must tell you what information we collect, how we will use it, what we will use it for, who it might be shared with and why. This information is published in our SEND Privacy Notice.
