The Local Safeguarding Children Partnership (LSCP) for Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster.

The safeguarding of children is everyone's responsibility, and the LSCP website contains in depth information for:

  • Children and young people
  • Parents, carers and the public
  • professionals and volunteers

The LSCP site also lists training and resources available including e-Learning and training for Schools.

If you have any concerns regarding the welfare of a child, please contact the access team on 020 7641 4000 or accesstochildrensservices@westminster.gov.uk (outside of these times the Emergency Duty team on 020 7641 2388 or call the police on 999).
