Early Intervention Service team (Short Breaks)

Short breaks are for families with children aged between 0 and 18 years old who are affected in their everyday life by one or more of the following:

• A physical impairment
• A sensory impairment
• Chronic physical ill health
• A communication or language disorder
• An Autistic Spectrum Disorder
• A learning disability

Please note: Emotional or behavioural disorders are not generally included unless they are associated with a specific disability such as autism.
