Visit your local library for a food or meal pack

Residents with children accessing Free School Meals can enjoy a free box of nutritional food and ingredients this week by visiting their local library.

Five libraries in Westminster have a limited number of food boxes for residents to come and collect. The boxes are offered as part of the Council’s Holiday Activity and Food Programme. It brings together information on food offers and activities for young people to get involved with throughout the Easter break.

Contents of the boxes may vary but should include ingredients to make a tasty chickpea and sweet potato curry, spicy beanburgers with avocado salad and a chilli-non-carne (meat free).

You can come and collect a box from any of the listed libraries:

  • Church St Library
    67 Church Street NW8 8EU

  • Maida Vale Library
    Sutherland Avenue W9 2QT

  • Paddington (Bayswater) Library
    Westbourne Park Baptist Church
  • Westbourne Park Villas W2 5DX

  • Pimlico Library
    Lupus Street SW1V 3AT

  • Queens Park Library
    666 Harrow Road W10 4NE
