Nutrition and healthy eating
Healthy start is a national programme which provide weekly free vouchers for low income families with children under four, to spend on milk, plain fresh and frozen fruit and vegetables, and infant formula milk. You can also get free vitamins. You may be eligible if you're on benefits, or if you're pregnant and under 18. Visit the Healthy Start website to find out if you are eligible.

Seeing a dietician
The nutrition and dietetic team at Central London Community Healthcare work with people who are in need of assessment, advice and treatment on nutrition and weight. The nutrition and dietetics team includes chronic disease management, nutrition support, paediatric, specialist weight management, diabetes and public health nutrition teams and work with adults and children who require support to manage and prevent a range of conditions.

Healthy eating for teens
Teenagers' bodies go through many physical changes – changes that need to be supported by a healthy, balanced diet.
By eating a varied and balanced diet as shown in the Eatwell Guide, you should be able to get all the energy and nutrients you need from the food and drink you consume, allowing your body to grow and develop properly.
