Caxton Employment Support Service is recruiting for its April cohort

A photo showing two young people representing Caxton Youth Organisation at a stall inside a supermarket Caxton Youth Organisation's Employment Support Service is seeking applications from a new cohort of 16-25 year olds with learning disabilities who want to start on the path to employment this April.

Caxton Youth Organisation uses person-centred planning to ensure support is tailored to the individual’s needs, wants and ambitions. This might mean help finding volunteering or work experience opportunities, exploring training and apprenticeship programmes, or support with forms, CV-writing and interview skills needed to get a job. As part of a holisitc approach, the service also aims to build on each young person’s self-esteem and social skills.
