Trehsam Centre for Disabled Children - Grand Opening!

Last Updated 02/08/2019

You are invited to join us on Tuesday 30th July for a special event as we celebrate the official opening of our new Tresham Centre for Disabled Children & Young People.

The Tresham Centre has been going through some exciting changes including a new sensory room and soft play area, brand new furnishings and toys. This is part of its development into the new flagship service run by Westminster City Council for disabled children and young people (aged 0-18). It will be open 7 days a week during term time, and 5 days a week during holidays. Local parents asked the council for a space they can call their own and we have worked very hard to provide them with a unique, fun and safe centre that the whole family can enjoy.

The official opening will be attended by local councillors and the star of Channel 4’s ‘The Autistic Gardener’, Alan Gardner. We would love you to come along and take part in the wide range of activities for children, young people and parents that will be running through the day, including:

  • face painting
  • massage
  • hair
  • arts and crafts
  • henna tattoos
  • soft place bouncy castle
  • live band performances

Hot food and drinks will be available throughout.

When: 30th July 2019, 10am-4pm

Where: The Tresham Centre, 27 Tresham Crescent, NW8 8WT

Programme for the Day:

10am – 1pm: Councillor cutting the ribbon and presentations.

1pm – 4pm: Activities and food/drinks

If you would like to come, just turn up.
