ESB at Home Zoom Class

Gentle warm up and mobilizations of joints, strengthening exercises for upper and lower body, exercises to improve balance and gentle stretching of muscles. These exercises can be done seated or standing allowing everyone to participate. Participants must be able to follow instructions and stand independently.
