Attendance: users can only join virtually
Clothing instructions: wear sportswear/gym clothes, bring trainers. trainers are required to support your feet and ankles, however you can wear what you like as long as you are able to move, happy to get it sweaty and it is not a safety hazard :) . Equipment you need to bring: a water bottle.
