This is a referral only service, we accept referrals from statutory bodies and registered charities who have signed up to issue food parcel vouchers. We are currently operating an Appointments Only Collection Service; we are working with Westminster Council's Volunteer Team to provide deliveries only to those who are classified as vulnerable.

Once a client has been referred a member of the team will contact them or a nominated representative to arrange a date and time to collect; also to check any special dietary needs to help with pre-packing of food parcels.

If you are a resident in need of support, please contact your social worker, your nearest Family Hub or support service such as Citizens Advice to enquire as to whether they can make a referral on your behalf.

Westminster Foodbank

The Foodbank is based at Westminster Chapel and provides three days’-worth of nutritionally balanced (non-perishable) food to residents in the City of Westminster experiencing financial crisis, through a voucher scheme. We provide short-term support whilst residents find a long-term solution to the difficulties they are going through. We do not provide cooked meals or supermarket vouchers.

REMEMBER TO BRING A WHEELED SUITCASE OR TROLLEY WHEN COMING TO COLLECT FOOD
