15 Minute Movement: No Sweat! Stand up for 15 minutes with me for a sweat free stretch and conditioning session to tackle lockdown aches and pains and a loss of strength and flexibility from our current sedentary life style. You don't need to wear gym clothes or shower after and no yoga mat is needed (though a chair is a good idea). Join me to: • reduce aches caused by desk bound living • improve and strengthen posture muscles to avoid pain building up • learn easy but effective conditioning exercises to do seated at your desk or standing waiting for the kettle to boil • gentle movement patterns to generate blood flow through tense muscles and get stiff joints moving * stretching to help muscles into a deeper range of movement
