Barre Online

Barre is a low-impact body conditioning class which is inspired by ballet. You’ll learn to plié, tondue and port de bras as you flow, pulse, strengthen and sweat! Expect to start with some gentle flowing ballet movements at the “barre” before the beat drops and things get a little bit... sassier. We’ll then move onto full body conditioning at the barre and on the floor. We’ll either use a chair for the “barre“, or rely on our own balance without! Absolutely no grace or coordination necessary. This is a fun, accessible version of barre where everyone is welcome to come and explore their inner ballerina!
