🕉️ Online Gentle Hatha with Laura

Hatha unifies asanas (postures), pranayama (breath control) and dyana (meditation) to encourage a healthy body and a clear and peaceful mind. This class encourages you to slow down your body, mind and breath to remove you from external stresses of life and focus on the present. This is an excellent class for anyone new to yoga or who is looking for a slower class. Yoga helps to improve mobility and strength and is excellent for helping relieve stress, anxiety giving an overall feeling of wellbeing.
