ESB at Home Zoom Class

Gentle warm up and mobilizations of joints, strengthening exercises for lower body, exercises to improve balance and gentle stretching of muscles. These exercises can be done seated or standing allowing everyone to participate. Participants must be able to follow instructions and stand independently. Attendance: users can only join virtually
Before the class, please make sure that the area where you will be exercising Is clear of any trip or slip hazards, plus the 2 chairs are stable and fit for purpose. You will also need 2 tins of soup or other products of equal weight. Please note that you will be exercising at your own risk and led by a qualified professional. On-line.
