Continence Service
Our adult continence promotion teams provide support and management to adults with bladder and/or bowel dysfunction and who live in the Kensington and Chelsea, Westminster and Barnet areas. We can also provide information for patients and carers as required.

Our adult continence promotion teams provide continence assessment, treatment and management for patients over the age of 18 with bladder and/or bowel dysfunction.
How do you access this service?
Patients can be referred by their GP, district nurse, health visitor, social services and other healthcare professional. Patients can also self-refer to our continence service.
