ONLINE: open level yoga class for women 12+ weeks into their pregnancy with Vivien. Enjoy learning and practicing gentle stretches, breathing techniques, positions for birth and relaxations. Adaptations and modifications offered to support you as your body changes. Works well with the birth preparation classes beforehand for a fully rounded birth preparation and support. The classes will accommodate your level of experience (from beginners onwards).
