Strong Steady and Straight

Strong, Steady and Straight classes – strengthening key areas of the body to improve function, posture and stability. To improve bone health these sessions include specific exercises reflecting the latest exercise guidance. The class is suitable to anyone regardless of exercise experience who is concern about Osteopenia ,Osteoporosis and falls . Before joining the class a Health screening needs to take place. Next Block of classes : 7 January- 11March (10 weeks) £50 New participants can attend first class at any date for free and then just pay for the remainder of the block if they decide to join, or pay £7 ad hoc.

Attendance: users can only join virtually
Wear comfortable clothing and closed fitted shoes, to start exercise equipment wont be necesary as you can be using your own body weight. If you have a elastic band and ankle weights they will be used, instead of elastic band light dumbells or couple bottles of water will do. If you are able to go down to the floor a exercise matt ; cushion or yoga block. Also it is advised to have a dinning or kitchen chair, a towel and drinking water close by.
