Attendance: users can only join virtually
This one hour mat pilates class is suitable for beginners and intermediates and will strengthen your core, improve posture, mobility, flexibility and aid relaxation. This term we will only be running one live class, all other classes including the live class will be available as a pre-recorded online video. Tuesday 22nd Feb - live class, recording available after class Tuesday 1st March - pre-recorded class Tuesday 8th March - pre-recorded class Tuesday 15th March - pre-recorded class Tuesday 22nd March - pre-recorded class Tuesday 29th March - pre-recorded class You will need a mat, water, plenty of space around you and a resistance band if you have one. Each session will be recorded and the link to the recording will be sent after the live class or included in the event instructions (for pre-recorded classes).
