A 35-minute class using soft and firm MELT balls, and we will be focusing a lot on all things feet, though hands and face will not be forgotten. I would like to incorporate some extra foot work with a larger ball like the yoga-tune-up balls or a similar grippy firmer ball that you are happy to put on your skin. Attendance: users can only join virtually
Equipment required: A set of MELT balls - soft, firm, and one small ball, plus a tennis ball will substitute for a larger ball but it won't get the fascia aspect that we will be after, so just to be aware of that. A lacrosse ball is far too hard, but if you type in acupoint massage ball, you will find a cheaper alternative to the yoga-tune- ball. They usually are about £9 - £10 a pair. If you are in a sports shop, they should have something similar, think "grippy & firm, with give" if you are squeezing them!
