Using just your body weight, we'll use specific programming and drills to encourage and boost your metabolism which in turn will help the effect of burning fat. The challenge we all face is finding the motivation to push our bodies to the limit, be mentally defiant in standing head strong and thrive toward your intended goal.

Attendance: users can only join virtually
Please ensure you have any if not all of the following equipment & accessories ready; Water Bottle, Mat, Sweat Towel, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Resistance Bands, Weighted Backpack (safely packed and if no equipment is at hand) and finally YOU - You can still take part without equipment and use your body weight as resistance. Once sign up is confirmed, you'll receive a zoom link to the online class
