MOVE Online

'Move' is our low impact body conditioning style online class every Monday morning. A 'zero jump' but challenging class using dumbells and reisistance bands to build whole body muscle tone and endurance and get the blood pumping, leaving you feeling energised ready for the week ahead! This term starts Mon 21st Feb @10am online (45 mins) for 7 weeks. Recordings access available for one week each to catch up or repeat. Join us every Monday morning 'live' from home via the Zoom App. The best way to start your week, cope with the demands of 'life as we know it' and connect with others too! This low impact 'pelvic floor friendly' 45 minute workout is great for all women who need a non-jump workout or postnatal workout. Get ready to squat, lunge, press up, balance, get a bit sweaty, continue to build up your core strength, tone up, feel energised and fitter but without any star jumps or full burpees in sight! Equipment is NOT provided. You will need 2 dumbbells (1-2kg to begin with especially if early postnatal) or even start with tins/water bottles to begin with and a long resistance band. Those who have attended this class or similar for a while may wish to progress to higher weights. All sessions are recorded and a link is added to your fb group so that you never miss a workout or can repeat it during your week for greater benefits! See you there x
