Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa is a faster pace of yoga with an emphasis on synchronised move to breath flow.  A number of yoga poses are arranged in a sequence and repeated. Occasionally, more challenging poses are included to build heat and stamina. Practiced in the backdrop of inspiring music, leaving you invigorated and energised after the class. The class is not suitable for pre/post-natal, had surgery in the last 6 months or have a heart condition.
