Ballet Barre A fantastic workout consisting of ballet-inspired exercises; Pilates, Gyrotonic, body resistance/strength training with specially designed weights and yoga stretching to sculpt and tone the body. No knowledge of ballet required. A full body workout that can be adapted to any level.
