Balance HIIT - virtual option

This is a fantastic circuits class on Zoom or in person that uses very little equipment - dumbbells / skipping rope (if you have) We will push you hard, but we will have loads of fun whilst training If you are training at home and have some weights, bring them along but the instructor will let you know what you need on the day. There are two booking options: choose 'virtual option' for Zoom or 'physical option' if you are joining at the gym (outside) in person.
