A 40 minute body sculpting class using toning moves and bodyweight to increase strength, fitness and flexibility. This class consists of 7 distinct blocks: Warm up; Lower body - concentrating on working the hamstrings, quadriceps & glutes. Power - a 3 minute high intensity section to increase the heart rate Upper body - concentrating on working the biceps, triceps, chest & back Moving Minute - a 1 minute fit test to track your progress Core - concentrating on working the abdominals, obliques & latissimus dorsi Stretch - a relaxing stretch section to elongate the muscles
