Young People/Family Support Project for LGBTQ and HIV Families at SASH

We are delighted to announce that following an award from City of Westminster Charitable Trust, SASH (Support and Advice on Sexual Health) is launching new Positive Rainbows: a HIV and LGBT+ Family Support Project!

Positive Rainbows will consist of two specialised group programmes:

Rainbow Families Support Programme - 6 weeks group programme for families were young people identify as LGBT+. This programme is designed to build awareness and educate young people about sexual health and relationships and to improve and build positive relationships within family units.

 

Positive Families Programme - 6 week group programme supporting families with HIV positive parents/carers. Positive Families Programme aims to provide the essential tools to adequately understand children’s needs, and improve their health and wellbeing in a stable and nurturing environment.
