Attendance: users can only join virtually
Please ensure you have any if not all of the following equipment & accessories ready: Water Bottle, Mat, Sweat Towel, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Resistance Bands, Weighted Backpack (safely packed and if no equipment is at hand) and finally YOU - You can still take part without equipment and use your body weight as resistance. Once booking is confirmed, the zoom link for the session will be sent via email.
