Attendance: users can only join virtually
Clothing instructions: Sportswear/gym clothes, Comfortable loose clothing, Trainers. Equipment you need to bring: Water Bottle, Yoga/Pilates/Exercise Mat. Feel free to bring these but it is not essential.
