Beginners Pilates - Online Zoom Class

Get fit in your own living room. Pilates is a fantastic way to keep the body strong and lean, all while supporting increased energy, posture, and joint-health. You’ll be part of a small group, which gives you plenty of time to work in your own time. My classes are suitable for any age or ability and the courses are guaranteed to leave you feeling rejuvenated, healthier and refreshed. All you need to do is find some space in your home with a mat or a towel and wear comfortable clothing.
