Open level yoga class live online via Zoom streamed into your home. Attend single classes, or take weekly as a course to revitalise, stabilise and refresh body and mind. Enjoy slow, flowing movements closely linked to the breath with meditative space and seated breathwork. The classes will accommodate your level of experience (from beginners onwards) and physical ability. Taken as a course you will develop your practice skills, or attend as individual sessions. All welcome.

Enjoy practicing yoga from home online via Zoom. Please email us if you have any health conditions you'd like us to be aware of before you practice, or if you have questions. Or let us know when we chat before the class begins online. You’ll need a laptop, computer, tablet or smart phone to join this online class. You’ll receive the Zoom link for this class as soon as you’ve completed your booking. This link will be active from 10 minutes before the class start time. Visit the link a few minutes ahead of time for your first class. There is a very quick and straightforward download to join in and then you can set up and relax before the class begins. Please get in touch before hand so we can help you if needed. We’d be happy to talk you through your first set up. Once you’ve booked you’ll see your Zoom link and top tips for having an enjoyable online class. The link should arrive very soon after booking.
