A programme of five weekly sessions for expectant mothers (partners are also welcome), co-facilitated with local partners across Westminster and Kensington and Chelsea. Providing expectant parents with the skills, knowledge and resources to support them in eating well, sleeping well, and keeping active and increase their emotional wellbeing. Focusing on simple, enjoyable and achievable ways to include physical activity and healthier eating into their everyday lives.
