The Release Method©

The Release Method© Combining powerful up to date techniques to safely realign, stretch, strengthen and balance the body. The body relearns how to move in a functional way to optimise existing fitness levels or to prevent or minimise long-term pain, dysfunction, and injury. Movements are gentle and are mostly mat based incorporating mindfulness, visualisation, and breathing techniques. The Release Method© includes aspects of Yoga, Trigger Point Pilates, The Gyrotonic Expansion System®, mindfulness, Myofascial release, Applied Neurology, pranayama, meditation and Cranial sacral therapy. The Release Method© may help but is not limited to the following conditions: Joint and back issues Shoulder and neck issues Injury recovery Structural imbalance Stress Tension Sleep problems Autoimmune disorders Hormone issues. The class is open to all regardless of fitness level, age or ability.

Attendance: users can only join virtually
At the studio: Please bring your own mat and water. Online: Have a little space to lie in yoga mat/blanket tennis balls/firmly packed rolled socks or spiky balls if you have them stretchy band or belt/towel Pillows/cushions 2 x canned food/small water bottles, used for weights if needed
