Pilates for cyclists class - Evenings

Physiotherapy led pilates for cyclists class run by Ros Parker who is APPI (Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute) matwork qualified and APPI pilates for cyclists. Classes are currently running on zoom - in the comfort of your own home. Ros can still see you moving and provide feedback to help you get the most from the class. Pilates strengthens the body in an even way improving posture and balance as well as relieving stress and tension. Pilates in this class has been adapted to complement your cycling training and help you improve your skill, strength and performance in cycling. It can also help to reduce the risk of injury.
