Upperbody Strength & Flexibility classes helps you stay supple and strong. It improves posture, strengthens wrists, arms, shoulders and back as you become more flexible. This helps you do daily tasks more easily. This home based exercise class is delivered via Zoom and designed to help active older adults who need to improve their upper body strength and flexibility. These upper body exercises can be done seated or standing. Karen is a qualified personal trainer who has been helping older adults exercise since 2014.

Attendance: users can only join virtually
For ESB at home Zoom classes you will need: 2 chairs, 2 tins of soup (or other product), a bottle of water, a towel and some space (2mx2m or 6 1/2ft x 6 1/2 ft)). Online. You will be sent a link via email once payment and completed health questionnaire has been received. Email address:
