Express Library
The Express Library is a free public library offering self-serve facilities for local residents. It is based on the ground floor of the Westminster Archives Centre.
Services available at the library include:
A selection of adult and teenage fiction and a children’s library
Computer facilities and free access to the internet.
Access for people with disabilities
This library is wheelchair accessible. There is level access on the ground floor to the wheelchair-accessible toilet and registered assistance dogs are welcome.
