Welcome to LDN London – the new name for The Westminster Society

This service offers individually tailored flexible packages of support and care in the form of short breaks to families with children and young people with disabilities within the community or in the family home; enabling children and young people to take part in an activity they enjoy and develop skills according to their EHC plan.

We are registered to provide personal care under the Care Quality Commission and have Domiciliary Care Registration.

As well as providing regular and ongoing support at home or in the community we also respond to short term emergencies such as unexpected hospital admissions and family crisis.

The staff work with the whole family to offer a service which maintains dignity and independence and respects wishes, aspirations and links to the child / young persons EHC plan.

All staff are experienced in and trained to understand and meet the needs of children with disabilities.
