Wood Lane High School provides teaching and learning for young people of secondary school age in a nurturing environment. Pupils access a range of qualifications including GCSE, ASDAN, Entry and National level.
Young people attending Wood Lane High School have a complex range of Special Education Needs (SEN). Their learning difficulties are usually associated with speech, language and communication and/or moderate learning difficulty. An increasing number of pupils have a diagnosis of autism.
Wood Lane High School provides a carefully planned curriculum experience which supports young people in making educational progress and gaining independence.
