Attendance: users can only join virtually
* Choose a safe space, well lite, without obstructions and well ventilated. * You will need a stable chair with back support and no armrest to allow for freedom of movement, and a blanket to cover the seat from sharp edges. * Please ensure the teacher can clearly see the whole of you and posture, if you want to be corrected. * Wear loose & light comfortable clothing. * Yoga mat, blocks or cushions, and blanket. * Have a bottle of water to keep you hydrated.
