Intro to Dancefit - via zoom



A basic intro to dance fitness - shake your hips, have fun, learn the basics, and combine them into simple routines to raise the heart rate, improve your fitness, coordination and your mental health 30 minute session with 5-10 step breakdown then 20 minutes of low impact aerobic activity to raise heart rate.
