Choose a safe space, without any obstructions and the room must be warm. * Please ensure the teacher can see the whole of your mat and posture, if you want to be corrected. * Wear comfortable clothing & have a bottle of water to keep you hydrated. * You will need a bolster or a quilt & pillows, a yoga strap or belt, a blanket.
