- How do we ensure the quality of this service?
We are constantly gathering feedback from families on the care they are receiving. This will be done either through a paper form, or on an electronic tablet. Families, children and young people are offered the opportunity to complete feedback on a regular basis.
Patient Story interviews are done with a number of families each year. This is an opportunity to explain how the CCN Service has supported the child’s care, and for parents and children to make suggestions as to how this could be improved.
- What to do if you have a complaint?
If you have any complaints, comments or suggestions, please contact the Service Manager Caroline Fitzgerald (email@example.com), or Clinical Business Unit Managers Rachael Henson (firstname.lastname@example.org) or Elizabeth Welch (email@example.com) or on 020 7266 8840.
