Inclusive Mobility Pilates via zoom

A mobility based class seated with standing options designed for all ages and abilities from those new to exercise to those needing to improve their mobility and strength following illness or injury. We include use of Pilates balls, bands and weights as optional to help build strength once mobility has improved.

Attendance: users can only join virtually
Curently via zoom - zoom link will be provided on booking or as part of monthly package. You'll need a chair - preferably a sturdy dining room type chair, without arms.
