Pilates mixed ability class - Lunchtime

Physiotherapy led mixed ability pilates classes run by Ros Parker who is APPI (Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute) matwork qualified. Classes are currently running on zoom - in the comfort of your own home. Ros can still see you moving and provide feedback to help you get the most from the class. Pilates strengthens the body in an even way improving posture and balance as well as relieving stress and tension. It can compliment training in other sports and dancers by developing whole body strength and flexibility and help reduce the risk of injury. Exercises can be adapted for most fitness levels.
