This is a referral only service, we accept referrals from statutory bodies and registered charities who have signed up to issue food parcel vouchers. We are currently operating an Appointments Only Collection Service; we are working with Westminster Council's Volunteer Team to provide deliveries only to those living within the Borough and who are classified as vulnerable, with no additional support.

Once a client has been referred a member of the team will contact them or a nominated representative to arrange a date and time to collect; also to check any special dietary needs to help with pre-packing of food parcels.

If you are a resident in need of support, please contact your social worker, your nearest Family Hub or support service such as Citizens Advice to enquire as to whether they can make a referral on your behalf.

Westminster Foodbank

The Foodbank is based at Westminster Chapel and provides three days’-worth of nutritionally balanced (non-perishable) food to residents in the City of Westminster experiencing financial crisis, through a voucher scheme. We provide short-term support whilst residents find a long-term solution to the difficulties they are going through. Service users should ideally have access to cooking facilities as we provide tinned and packet items to be taken away and cooked. We are unable to provide Supermarket, Money or Fuel Vouchers.

REMEMBER TO BRING A WHEELED SUITCASE OR TROLLEY WHEN COMING TO COLLECT FOOD
