Maida Vale Library hosts a wide collection of books and resources to borrow as well as a range of services available to children and young people with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) and their families.
Some of the inclusive services and activities offered by Maida Vale Library include:
- Drop-in sessions for under-5s (including storytime, rhymes and singing).
- Homework club for children (aged 7-13 years).
- Wide range of books, magazines, CDs, and DVDs including in accessible formats
- Computer facilities, iPad and free access to the internet

Access for people with disabilities
This library is suitable for wheelchairs and can be accessed via the lift on Shirland Road. Alternatively, there are 9 steps at the entrance of the library. The library is on one level. Registered assistance dogs are welcome.
