Stretch & Move

This class is designed to move and stretch the entire body whilst giving the core a really good workout. Dynamic and static stretch techniques are used, sometimes with a little help from a yoga strap. The classes are stimulating, light hearted and choreographed in such a way that all levels of fitness can attend and enjoy. You do not have to be flexible, but you will definitely improve it! The class is not suitable for pre/post-natal, had surgery in the last 6 months or have a heart condition.
