chair exercise with mindfulness

Pauline is a fully qualified and senior teacher of 30 years experience. She welcomes all students warmly and with inclusivity. The chair class is suitable for those who find standing exercise more challenging, including people living with MS, Parkinsons, arthritis, long covid, chronic fatigue, heart/breathing challenges etc. We work through every major muscle group to enhance strength, flexibility and balance. Classes are fun, friendly and you are able to work to your own pace. Classes include mindfulness to help with the stresses of ageing and illness.Classes are on Monday mornings via Zoom 11.30am - 12.30pm. Booked 4 in advance for £28. First class free.
