Yoga via Zoom | 💻 Online

A gentle Hatha yoga class in the comfort of your own home. Jo will be able to see students through the camera on their device and you will be able to see and hear her. Students' microphones will be muted during the main part of the class to reduce background noise but there will be an opportunity to speak to each other before and after the class. Jo's gentle mixed level Hatha Yoga classes explore various asana (physical postures) and pranayama (breathing techniques). Each class ends with a deep relaxation. Suitable for all levels from beginners to experienced students as options and variations are offered.
