Early Morning Flow (Online)

As an early morning class, this is the perfect way to awaken and energise your body ready to start your day. We practice breathing, relaxation and focus on strength, balance and flexibility to ensure you get the most out of your practice. The classes are based on a gentle Vinyasa style where you move with the breath to flow between postures. You will be encouraged to explore the ways in which your body can move and the ways in which it feels challenged. The sessions are centred around understanding basic joint opening movements, breath work and how our body awareness impacts upon our daily habitual movements. Although an open level class, because of the style of yoga that I teach (Vinyasa flow) you will need to be able to get up and down from the floor to take part in this class.

Attendance: users can only join virtually
Please ensure you have space to stretch out, a yoga mat (or bath towel!), and props for relaxation, such as a blanket and a cushion / pillow. Whilst classes are online I will not be playing music, and so you are welcome to play your own in the background once all students microphones have been muted at the beginning of class.
