Circle of Security Parenting Groups give us space to think about why our children behave in certain ways and how we can get that balance of 'no-nonsense kindness'. We all have times when we struggle to be the parents we want to be and it can be hard for us to work out how to respond to challenging and defiant behaviour. Groups run for 8 weekly sessions with up to 12 parents and carers attending. There is a mixture of video footage, fun exercises, and lots of time for discussion.  93% of parents say attending the course led to an improved relationship with their child, 87% said they felt less stress about parenting and 100% of those attending said they'd recommend to friends. Over 1,500 parents have participated in these groups with us since 2010.

Our next group will start on 25th September 2023. Click here to book a space
